Our Founder’s Story
When our founder, Randy Baldwin, first fell in love with the plumbing trade, he worked with several different companies in his area. During this time, he noticed that something was missing from each of these companies – something he believed he could bring to the community. What was lacking was a customer experience that was genuinely enjoyable and positive. Determined to fill this gap, Randy opened Home Service Doctors, initially called Frugal Rooter, in 2004. It became the home of the Plumberologist. Home Service Doctors is proud to be a company owned by a veteran and staffed by numerous veteran technicians as well.
